****Baby Weepy is 21 months old and NO! he will not be joining our family. The Boy is our last. Unless God has a HUGE sence of humor! We will keep BW safe til his forever family comes to get him. (however long that may be)***
Since you asked...
The husband, he is doing great. He is 2 weeks post op and walking well, has very little pain (all things considered) He even made dinner one night this week! He goes in tomorrow for a post op appt to have his staples taken out. I think the Dr will be pleased with his progress.
Thank you for your prayers. It really did mean alot to us.
As for Baby Weepy, he's still here. Remember I said his teeth were rotted to the gums? I didn't think a dentist would do oral surgery on a baby so young...I was wrong. the dentist today referred us to a periodontist. To have all the rotted teeth extracted. That means putting him under and cutting open the gums and taking the teeth out. Geeezzz, the boy has been thru so much already, this is going to set him back sooo far. Eating with a mouth full of sutures wont' be fun. If not down right impossible. I'm sure he'll loose the weight he's gained while here. Not to mention the pain, ect, ect. I don't look foreword to this. But it must be done. No one has bothered to show for any of his court dates. And no one bothers to work a case plan, so he has no visitation with any family. (good for us, not so much for him) Which leads me to think TPR.

Sweet Baby Weepy is in my prayers. I can't imagine NOT working a case plan. Is he THAT unimportant that they can't even visit with him?? DO you plan on adopting if it comes to TPR? You're all in my prayers!
So good to hear your husband's progress - and so sad to hear the other news. How old is this baby again?
I was wondering the same thing as queen - plans to add to the brood?
D, could you email me again? I accidently deleted you from my spam box. I am just curious what state you are in and if Baby Weepy and his new sibling will be available fro adoption. We are fostering in NY and we already have our homestudy. I didn't know if he was TPR'D or not. I'd love to chat. hut31999@aol.com
You know -- I read your added blurb at the top of the post and I just want to remind you... God is one funny guy :)
Perri's right! God's a riot!
