Thanks for indulging me; I'm glad you did the meme. I found out such interesting things about you--Japan, eh? I visited Tokoyo with my family on the way back to the States from Kenya when I was ten. We weren't there long, but I remember thinking that it was a lot like America--they had COLOR TELEVISION (which we did not have in Kenya at the time).
And just to make you gag some more, I read in a "FOXFIRE" book that if you have chapped lips and no balm, you could always use ear wax...
Urck!
ok,I'll play too.
D, I just got around to checking my relies and saw you had a question for me. The reason we choe to meet with birth family is that the children had cloudy memories They were three and five when they came to live with me and the five then now 17 year old boy needed to close the chapter of unanswered questions. Why did these things happen, which ones really happened and what else happened that I can not even remember. He got the answers he needed and now he can move on. My daughter on the other hand had very little memory and great fantasies of what birthmom was like. She needed a reality check to help her be happy with her life now and not always questioning what if. Both are doing great and moving into adulthood with much more focus on their futures because their past has been addressed. Hope this helps.

D, You are hilarious! I'm sure I've done a list similar to this! "groan" on being tagged...
I can relate to the ear wax. I'm a dental assistant and hate stringie spit. Gag!
